Cancellation Policy

Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If the booking is cancelled 6 to 2 days before arrival, 50% of the total cost as per the booking confirmation will be charged. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival or in case of no-show will result in the guest being liable for the full amount.

Cancellation Protection

Purchase cancellation protection for 295 SEK per room. This allows you to cancel up to three days before arrival with a full refund. In case of illness, you can cancel up to the day of arrival and receive a full refund. A doctor’s note is required and must be submitted to Surfviken no later than 30 days after the planned arrival.

Payment

For bookings made within one week, payment is due immediately at the time of booking. For bookings further in advance, credit card details are registered, and you can choose to pay either directly on the website or upon arrival. Credit card details are taken as a guarantee at the time of booking. In the case of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge the card provided at the time of booking in accordance with our cancellation policy.
