At Surfviken café & restaurant there is often something happening, such as artists, beer tasting, wine tasting, pizza nights and more. Feel free to check out the website, so you know what is happening during your time with us. Don’t miss our outdoor training sessions!
Our campsite is perfect for those who want to hike, as we have both Bohusleden and Kuststigen not too far away.
Here the sea plays the main character, you live by and on the sea – windsurfing, SUP, kayaking, swimming, fishing & playing!

At Surfviken camping there are 43 places for caravans/motorhomes to rent daily and about 50 seasonal places for caravans and a bunch of tent sites. Water and electricity are available in connection with the camping sites.
We are located near the road which can be a bit disturbing but it is also perfect with proximity to the bus stop and cycle path into the city centre.
We have a newly built service house with a disabled toilet, laundry room and kitchen with the possibility of also eating your meal. On the outside there is a terrace with a roof and a grill, free for you as a guest to use. You are also welcome to shower with us
You choose a camping site with or without electricity, there are plenty of water outlets around the camping area.

Our prices vary depending on the time of year, so search for the date you wish to visit us and you will find the price that applies at that time.
OPENING HOURS
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
The campsite is unmanned on Mondays.
From week 33 the campsite is unmanned Monday to Wednesday and only self-check-in is available.
BREAKFAST/BRUNCH
Why not luxuriate until morning in the carriage and walk up to the restaurant and enjoy our breakfast buffet served every day during high season and on weekends in pre- and post-season.
BRUNCH Served Saturdays and Sundays from 11 all season long!
SELF-CHECK-IN
At Surfvikens Camping we offer convenient self-check-in for a smooth arrival experience.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an SMS and an email with a unique code and detailed instructions on how to check in. This way you can feel welcome and ready to start enjoying your stay from the very first moment. If you have any questions or need help during your stay, we are always available to assist you.

PLEASE NOTE!
Numbers 26 – 28 are smaller tent pitches with electricity. If you have a large tent, we recommend that you book the larger camping sites. Other tent pitches are without electricity.
Pitches 312 – 320 are disturbed by the road and are without electricity.
SHOWERS AND TOILETS
We have a newly built service house with a disabled toilet and laundry room. You are also welcome to shower with us.
RESTAURANT
Our restaurant has different opening hours depending on the season. But keep an eye out – sometimes something extra fun happens, like live music, quiz nights, or other activities that make your evening with us even more special! Read more about our restaurant here ->

During the low season, the campsite is unmanned
Weekdays from April until midsummer & from August 31st to the end of October the campsite is unmanned. Weekends there is staff on site during the day.
It is absolutely fine to camp with us anyway. When you book a place you will automatically receive all the information you may need.
Whether you are standing outside, at home on the couch or on the road and book, you will receive all the information for yourself.
